Return & Exchange Policy


You have 14 days to exchange your purchase provided that the garment is unworn. Please send us an email to lemonyscrubs@gmail.com with the details of your order and we will send you our shipping details. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange items.

Once we have inspected the exchange items, we will be ready to sort you out with a new product or store voucher. Store vouchers will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the exchange items. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we are happy to provide a full refund. Once received, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.

Shipping Times


Your order will be shipped from us within 2 business days.

Delivery will then take 1 - 3 business days within Joburg and major city centres, 2 - 5 business days in outlying areas and slightly longer for rural areas.


Custom & Bulk Orders


Please email us at lemonyscrubs@gmail.com if you would like to place a custom or bulk order. Our minimum order for custom is 10 tops. We also do custom prints if you are looking for scrubs for a practice, event, organisation or unit.
